The purpose of processing this information is to supply you with marketing and information regarding our products, events and general information regarding risk administration. We receive your information from our CRM system, Risk Admin application and the forms you may fill out on our website.

We apply applicable privacy legislation at all times in all processing of personal data. The legal basis for processing your personal data is consent. Your information will be saved until further notice. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. A revocation does not affect the legality of the processing before the consent was revoked.

The personal data we process may be shared with our partners for marketing purposes. We may also share your personal information with a third party, provided we are required to do so by law. However, we will never transfer your information to a country outside the EU or the EEA (European Economic Area).

The personal data controller (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten | IMY) is our Data Protection Officer. You have the right to contact us if you want details about the information we have about you, to request correction, transfer or to request that we limit the processing, to object or request deletion of your information. You can do this most easily by emailing us at info@riskadmin.app. If you have a complaint about our processing of your personal data, you have the right to send a complaint to the supervisory authority.
